to be affiliated
with WCCA as an
independent unit.
Jasmine Performing
Arts serves the
same missions as
WCCA.
It has the
duty to support
WCCA's activities
and WCCA's presidents
and its board shall
have the duty to
support Jasmine
Performing Arts.
Jasmine Performing
Arts shall independently
plan its activities
and run its operations.
WCCA's board
of committee shall
oversee Jasmine
Performing Arts'
operation is within
the scope of WCCA's
missions and objectives.
The affiliation
of Jasmine Performing
Arts with WCCA will
be documented in
WCCA's By-Laws with
an effective date
of May 22, 2010
